Turkish dry white beans on this site include Dermason sizes and a Horoz type. A buyer who writes only “white beans” will receive a clarifying question, and should expect one. The white bean specification lists moisture at max 13.0% and purity at min 99.5% for the cleaned grade. Canners should add the cut or brine they use and the maximum broken or stained seed they can accept. Packing follows the same question as other pulses: 25 kg, 50 kg or 1,000 kg, unless the variety page lists another pack.
